Based on our Buttermilk flagship muffin with a generous amount of cinnamon and raisins, ideal for toasting and buttering to your heart’s desire. Three ounces (85 grams). Packed by the half dozen.  Unbleached unbromated wheat flour, water, buttermilk, raisins, cinnamon, salt, organic cane sugar, clarified butter, and yeast. Hand rolled in cornmeal and griddled to perfection.
